The Ins and Outs of the Facebook IPO Feb. 21

February 9, 2012 — Dean Roger Dennis will offer insights about the facebook initial public offering shaped by his expertise in securities regulation.

Before joining academia, Dennis was a trial attorney and special assistant to the assistant attorney general in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He later practiced with Skadden Arps. His work has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, among others.
