Drexel Undergraduate and Graduate Students*

Access to Building: Show Valid Drexel ID. Undergraduate and graduate students may access the Legal Research Center during off-peak hours (Monday-Friday after 6:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday during all open hours). The Legal Research Center does welcome those students whose academic work requires the use of the LRC’s collection and resources.  Please check in with the LRC reference desk for assistance with your research.

Drexel Alumni*

Access to Building: Show Drexel Alumni card. Drexel Alumni may access the Legal Research Center during off-peak hours (Monday-Friday after 6:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday during all open hours).  Earle Mack School of Law Alumni may my access the Legal Research Center during all open hours.*
Borrowing: Yes. Alumni/ae may borrow circulating books from the library collections (up to 20 books at one time).  Please note that borrowing privileges do not extend to course reserve materials, or study rooms, due to the specific needs of current Earle Mack School of Law students.
ID Needed for Borrowing: Valid Drexel Alumni card.
Monographs: 28 days. Limited to 20 items.
Database searching: Onsite only, with the exception of electronic resources such as Westlaw and Lexis, that are limited by license to law faculty and students

Upon presentation of a current bar card or business card any attorney or judge may use print materials of the Legal Research Center on-site.

Access to Library Building: Must be accompanied by host with valid law school ID; Access all open hours.

Area Law Students and Faculty*

Access to Library Building: Present valid law school ID. Access all open hours.
Borrowing: No

General Public*

Others individuals not covered in the above categories who wish to use specific library resources during the hours of 9-5, Monday through Friday, must make prior arrangements by contacting the Head of Access Services at 215-571-4726.
Use of Computers in Libraries: No

*Access may be restricted to Earle Mack School of Law students, faculty, and staff during peak usage times, such as law exams, or in the case of special events.
