Printing to the Westlaw and LexisNexis Dedicated Printers
Dedicated printers for Westlaw and LexisNexis are located in the copy room (L318) by the Hagerty stairwell entrance to the Legal Research Center. There is also a second Westlaw printer located at the end of the group study rooms. There is no charge to print to these dedicated printers.
Westlaw setup
To print to the Westlaw printers, select the print icon to call up the print dialog. Do not use File->Print or the print icon in your browser toolbar to print to the dedicated Westlaw printers, as they will not appear as a printer option.

Select the “Westlaw Printer LEGAL RESEARCH CENTER ROOM L318” or "Westlaw Printer L.R.C. END OF STUDYROOM 3RD FLOOR" from the list of Printer options. If you are not at the LRC and want to print to a local printer, choose “Attached Printer.” You can also e-mail the document to yourself, download it to a disc or your laptop, or save it on Westlaw.

Because the Westlaw printer option is linked to your Westlaw password, you can print to the Westlaw printer from any computer you access Westlaw from, including laptops.
If you have any questions about printing to the Westlaw printer or otherwise accessing Westlaw, please contact a Westlaw Student Representative. If they are unavailable, please contact the Legal Research Center Circulation Desk (215/571-4772).
LexisNexis setup
To print to the LexisNexis printer, select the print icon within Lexis. Do not use File->Print, the print icon in your browser toolbar, or the Fast Print icon to print to the LexisNexis dedicated printer, as it will not appear as a printer option.

Select the “701315 - Law Library RM L318” from the list of options. If you are not at the LRC and want to print to a local printer, choose “Attached Printer.” You can also e-mail the document to yourself, download it to a disc or your laptop, or save it on LexisNexis.

Because the LexisNexis printer option is linked to your LexisNexis password, you can print to the LexisNexis printer from any computer you access LexisNexis from, including laptops.
If you have any questions about printing to the LexisNexis printer or otherwise accessing Lexis, please contact a LexisNexis Student Representative. If they are unavailable, please contact the Legal Research Center Circulation Desk (215/571-4772).
