Intellectual Property Law Resource Center

Provided through BNA, the Intellectual Property Resource Center provides the full text of all decisions reported in United States Patents Quarterly from 1929 to the present, combined with finding aids to facilitate the search process. It also includes IP-related sections of the U.S. Code and CFR, as well as related BNA publications offering analysis on intellectual property, patent, trademark, and copyright law.

BNA also offers a number of intellectual property newsletters, which you can sign up to receive by e-mail.

This search engine allows you to search the USPTO's database of registered trademarks and prior pending applications to find marks that may prevent registration due to a likelihood of confusion refusal.
