Biography
Tracye Edwards joined the law school faculty in July of 2007. Professor Edwards received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law where she served on the editorial staff of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law.
For several years, Professor Edwards was counsel to the sports and entertainment business of ARAMARK Corporation, a leader in the managed services industry with its headquarters in Philadelphia. Professor Edwards' practice focused primarily on counseling business operations. Her practice particularly emphasized both client and attorney training regarding business transactions, employment law, and intellectual property issues. She also counseled Fairmount Park, the citywide park system of Philadelphia.
