Wisconsin Law Review to Publish Article by Professor Richard Frankel

Professor Richard Frankel's article "The Disappearing Opt-Out Right in Punitive Damages Class Actions" will be published in the May 2011 edition of the Wisconsin Law Review.
Professor Frankel's scholarship focuses on the intersection of civil rights, civil procedure and federal courts. He is the founder of the law school's Appellate Litigation Clinic.
