Clinical Programs
The Earle Mack School of Law offers students additional opportunities for experiential learning through clinical programs.
As part of our year-long field clinic program, students represent clients at hearings and trials.
Our in-house Appellate Litigation Clinic enables students to practice law before appellate courts. Students handle a wide variety of matters, including constitutional, criminal and immigration claims, and gain hands-on experience with all facets of appellate advocacy.
Our Entrepreneurial Law Clinic gives students opportunities to work with entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area who need legal advice for getting their ventures off the ground. Teams of students receive guidance from mentors from some of Philadelphia’s top firms who serve as an advisory board to the clinic.
